Established in 1990 in Bursa, Akarca are a manufacturer of curtain fabrics, primarily wide width sheers and lightweight drapes; using innovative and creative designs combining a variety of techniques including prints, filicoupe, Leno and jacquards across various bases and weights.

They hold a large range as stock under the brand Avila, enabling low minimums with quick delivery. 

They also have a contract range including inherent FR, recycled fabrics and anti-bacterial fabrics
